Troubleshooting
In case you encounter any minor technical problems, carefully follow these steps to identify possible causes and solutions:
Check the polarity of the battery. The flat side (+) must be on top.
Check if the battery is empty and needs to be replaced.
Check if the processor is in the muted-microphone program .
Check the audio processor for dirt or signs of damage. Gently clean any processor parts that are dirty and wipe dry any parts that are wet. If any parts appear damaged, contact your MED-EL representative.
