It makes managing your hearing more convenient, including Remote Care and fitting, configuration backups, system checks, and more. Use the HearCare MED-EL app anywhere you want, whenever it’s convenient for you.

SAMBA 2 Remote

This app can assist with switching between audio processor settings predefined by your audiologist or healthcare professional. Adjust the volume of your SAMBA 2 from your smartphone, switch between your audio processor’s programs with a simple touch, and check how much battery you have left for extra peace of mind.
