These support guides will help you handle and care for the RONDO 3 Audio Processor.
Charging RONDO 3
Plug the USB cable into the wireless charger.
Optional: Put the charging tray on top of the wireless charger.
Plug the other end into the wall plug adapter or the USB port of your computer, TV, tablet etc.
Remove the audio processor from the head. You do not have to switch off the audio processor for charging. The audio processor will automatically switch off when placed on the wireless charger.
Place the audio processor in the indentation on the charging tray. If you are not using the charging tray, place RONDO 3 in the center of the wireless charger. The charging indicator light and the MED-EL logo must face upwards.
Make sure RONDO 3 is placed correctly onto the wireless charger.
The orange indicator light shows that RONDO 3 is charging. When the light goes out, RONDO 3 is charged. This should take around 2.5 to 4 hours.
Alternatively, you can use the RONDO 3 charging cable and a power bank to power RONDO 3. Open the rubber socket cover and plug the cable into the socket. Plug the other end into a power bank.
