I love my job because the equipment I send out to our patients are not just arbitrary parts and pieces but rather the means to create the gift of sound, something that is taken for granted. I’m blessed to a be a part of the MED-EL team and help make the gift of sound possible for our patients.

Navigating the insurance landscape is one more burden for those on their hearing journey. I get to fight for them everyday in order to give them financial peace of mind. It’s not always pretty, but it's worth it when I hear the sigh of relief when telling our device users, “Your claim has been cleared."
