The Customer Account Services Representative role works with patients and clinics answering product and service questions. In addition, you will process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure excellent service standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers including patients, family members, medical providers and professional contacts regarding their product needs.
- Process customer orders in accordance with company policy/Quality System and regulatory requirements for the handling of class III medical devices.
- Provide routine product troubleshooting assistance for MED‐EL medical products.

We are actively seeking an Insurance Support Services Escalation Specialist with outstanding customer service skills and a background in healthcare Insurance reimbursement. The Insurance Support Services Escalation Specialist will work closely with team members to ensure patient insurance orders are processed timely and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the internal Insurance Support Services team, and Customer Account Services team, in providing liaison support on processes and procedures as well as customer escalations

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Marketing Department to facilitate seamless departmental and company operations. Our Marketing Department consists of Tactical Marketing, Creative Marketing, Events and Product Management. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide project and administrative support to the Marketing Department to facilitate seamless departmental operations and execution. Marketing Department consists of Tactical Marketing, Creative Marketing, Events and Product Management.

The Product Manager plays a key role in developing and executing go-to-market launch plans for new products and systems. The Reimbursement AR Representative is part of a team that performs billing and collections functions for insurance services. Working closely with insurance companies and our insurance services team to ensure all claims are handled accurately and timely. Detail oriented and time management skills are required for this position. Reimbursement AR Representative will help identify denial trends and use critical thinking skills for claim appeal and reconsideration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to patients and/or customers regarding updates on claim status and billing inquiries, using exemplary customer service skills.
- Follow up on all outstanding claims at 30, 60, 90+ days from date of service per department protocols with an emphasis on maximizing patient satisfaction and company profits for both insurance and patient due balances.
- Review rejected claims in the company’s claim and collection management system, apply appropriate next steps to file claim.
- File all documentation related to patient information and claims in the appropriate format per departmental and company guidelines
- Follow up on all returned claims, denials, correspondence, account reconciliations and rebills timely to achieve maximum reimbursement in a timely manner
- Review for and request approval for bad debt write offs per company policy
- Maintain standard productivity levels and KPIs set by the department
- Review Insurance Plan billing guidance as needed for appropriate coding.
- Practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with company policies and HIPAA requirements

The Clinical Account Manager – Northeast Region will be expected to assist in developing business strategies that align with the MED-EL mission, goals, and selling philosophy; meet sales goals; create and maintain customer relationships; and participate in business planning. This position will require extensive travel throughout the region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop valuable relationships with clinicians, all levels of hospital and medical center professionals, and other ancillary professionals providing services to candidates and recipients of MED-EL hearing solutions;
- Possess professional engagement skills, demonstrate products and services effectively, and ask for appropriate commitments with integrity while participating in the development of new business which results in sales growth;
- Under the direction of the Regional Director, participate with regional teammates in establishing and regularly monitoring sales goals for assigned accounts;
- Demonstrate an understanding of the causes and types of hearing loss, audiologic and otologic evaluation techniques and general treatment options, as well as competency in the anatomy, etiology of disease, indications and contraindications for cochlear implant and bone conduction devices;
- Provide demonstration and training to hearing health professionals as well as candidates and recipients on MED-EL hearing devices;
- Demonstrate competency in operating MED-EL equipment and software for performing all clinical tasks across all MED-EL product lines;
- Participate in On-Call Audiology duties.

- Demonstrate expertise on the anatomy, etiology, indications and contra-indications for all MED-EL products; stay current on developments in technology and relevant surgical approaches
- Understand varying surgical approaches and the surgical differences between competitors
- Demonstrate competency in operating MED-EL equipment and software for performing intraoperative device testing
- Develop valuable relationships with surgeons, all levels of hospital and hearing healthcare professionals providing services to candidates and recipients of MED-EL hearing solutions

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and implement consumer initiatives that are directly aligned with regional/national goals.
