The Audio Processor Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ) is a validated questionnaire to investigate how satisfied users are with their audio processor choice. The APSQ is quick to complete (it takes about 5-10 minutes) and can be easily added into a study or a survey.

Expectations Questionnaire for Adults

This questionnaire has been designed for use by professionals working with adults prior to cochlear implantation. Candidates and/or families of adult candidates are encouraged to complete the questionnaire in the presence of the professional to facilitate discussion and consolidate understanding of the factors that affect a person’s outcomes following cochlear implantation.
