Troubleshooting

If you encounter any minor technical problems, carefully follow these steps to identify possible causes and solutions:

Replace the battery with a brand new one.

Check the audio processor for dirt or signs of damage. Gently clean any processor parts that are dirty and wipe dry any parts that are wet. If any parts appear damaged, please contact Union Hearing Aid Center at 866-269-8880 or Medel@unionhearing.ca for customer service.
