AudioStream, AudioStream Adapter, or hearing aid(s) currently connected to phone

Recommended Action
Disconnect the device(s) on your phone or switch off Bluetooth® on your phone.

Problem
Audio streaming does not start. Right and/or left connection symbols on the main button do not light up

Possible Cause
Audio processor is not paired with AudioLink XT

Recommended Action
Pair your audio processor with AudioLink XT

Problem
No sound during audio streaming although the right and/or left connection symbols are blinking

Possible Cause
Audio processor is out of range

Recommended Action

• Ensure audio processor is switched on
• Replace audio processor battery
• Move AudioLink XT closer to audio processor

Problem
Distorted sound during audio streaming

Possible Cause
Device is not within range, or there is interference from other devices

Recommended Action

• Move AudioLink XT closer to audio processor
• Remove other devices which could interfere with the wireless frequency, for example internet routers or PCs
• If possible, use your Wi-Fi system’s 5 GHz band

Problem
No sound, or sound too quiet

Possible Cause
Volume too low

Recommended Action
Increase volume on device, then on AudioLink XT

Problem
Sound too loud, or distorted

Possible Cause
Volume too high

Recommended Action
Decrease volume on AudioLink XT, then on device

Problem
Streaming with the docking station or audio cables does not work although the right and/or left connections symbols are blinking

Possible Cause
Audio cable is not connected properly

Recommended Action
Check that all cables are properly connected, and/or that AudioLink XT is placed correctly in the docking station

Problem
AudioLink XT frozen

Possible Cause
AudioLink XT has an unexpected problem

Recommended Action

• Switch AudioLink XT off and on again
• Press the main button and the volume button for 7 seconds to perform a soft reset.
