Whether you’re a sporty adult, active child, or just want a bit more security when wearing your processor, fixation accessories are a comfortable way to keep your processor right where it should be.

This adhesive silicone ring is easy to attach to an audio processor or coil, and helps keep it correctly positioned over the implant.
Activity Hook
The Activity Hook slides over the audio processor and provides additional fixation around the bottom of the ear.
Huggy
This soft fixation option is attached to the audio processor and goes over the whole ear to “hug” the audio processor in place.
Mellie Clip
Ideal for children, this cute lanyard can be connected to either one or two processors before being clipped to clothing for security.
BTE Headband
