Surgical Techniques for Cochlear Implants

Hearing preservation surgical technique

Protecting Residual Hearing

Our ultra-flexible electrode arrays are designed for lateral wall placement and are ideal for round window insertion. These methods deliver much higher rates of electrode placement fully within the scala tympani, preserving delicate cochlear structures to protect residual hearing and provide an effective foundation for accurate stimulation.
