Check the pins on the battery pack.

1. Remove the battery pack cover  VIEW
2. Remove the U-pin  VIEW
3. Separate battery pack from control unit  VIEW

Be sure that the pins on the battery pack are clean, intact, and are not broken. Do the pins look intact? If not, click here. If the pins are intact, reassemble the processor  and try again.
