A Child’s Journey

A Child’s Journey is an easy-to-use resource that lists skills based on developmental milestones for typically hearing and typically developing children from birth to six years. It covers eight developmental domains, including Audition, Receptive Language, Expressive Language, Speech Articulation, Play, Cognition, Pragmatics, and Literacy. It is only available for tablets.

LittlEARS Auditory Questionnaire

LittlEARS^® Auditory Questionnaire (LEAQ) is a parent questionnaire to assess auditory development in children with normal hearing, as well as children with a hearing loss who received cochlear implant(s) or hearing aid(s). It covers auditory development milestones in the first two years after receiving the hearing devices or in hearing children, up to two years of age. It is only available for tablets.

Hear Today

Hear Today is a resource developed for young people and adults with a hearing implant. It provides useful information on how to start the rehabilitation process. Auditory Skills Checklist

Common Objects Token Test

The Common Objects Token (COT) Test is an assessment app intended for rehabilitation professionals. The test aims to evaluate children at a level between basic closed set tasks and open set tasks. It is available on smartphones and tablets.
