The DUET speech processor is specifically designed for EAS and features a hearing aid function that supports a person’s natural residual hearing in the low frequencies. For higher frequency sounds, DUET’s cochlear implant function automatically takes over. The result is a synergistic effect offering the benefits of both types of hearing technologies.
